1. Introduction Welcome to the Grit Avenue Ambassador Program. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the program. By participating in the program, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Eligibility To participate in the Grit Avenue Ambassador Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid and active website, blog, or social media account.
- Complete the registration process and be approved by Grit Avenue.
3. Affiliate Registration To become an ambassador, you must complete the online application form. Grit Avenue reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
4. Commission Structure Ambassadors will earn a 10% commission on sales generated through their unique referral link. Commissions are only paid on sales that occur within 14 days of the initial click on the referral link.
5. Referral Tracking Grit Avenue uses cookies to track referrals. Cookies are valid for 14 days from the initial click. If a customer makes a purchase within this period, the affiliate will be credited with the sale. Grit Avenue is not responsible for sales at are not tracked / attributed due to user error, technical issues or device privacy settings.
6. Payouts
- Commissions are paid monthly, within 30 days after the end of each month.
- Payments are made via PayPal only.
- Ambassadors must provide accurate PayPal payment information to receive payouts.
- A minimum balance of $30 in commissions is required for payout. If the balance is below this threshold, it will roll over to the next month.
- If an eligable comission (over $30 balance) is unable to be paid to an ambassador do to incorrect or missing payment information, that balance will be forefited after 3 failed payment cycles.
- Commission balances below the minimum payable $30 threshold will be forefited after 12 months.
7. Prohibited Activities Ambassadors must not:
- Use their referral link for their own purchases.
- Engage in fraudulent or unethical activities, including but not limited to, cookie stuffing, spamming, or misleading advertising.
- Bid on Grit Avenue trademarks or use the Grit Avenue brand in domain names without prior approval.
8. Termination Grit Avenue reserves the right to terminate any ambassador account at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any action deemed harmful to Grit Avenue's brand.
9. Modification of Terms Grit Avenue reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of any changes via email or through the ambassador dashboard. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability Grit Avenue will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this agreement or the Ambassador Program, even if Grit Avenue has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Massachusetts, USA.
